The consultancy of agronomist Ruggero Mazzilli, who guided the organic conversion process through to certification, was followed by that of Marco Simonit. Beppe Caviola guides the transformation of grapes into wine without manipulation or forcing, harnessing gravity, natural light, and the energy provided by a floating photovoltaic system (which does not reclaim land from agriculture) to create a contemporary and pleasing signature, expressing the at times sumptuous warmth and brilliant energy of this land in our wines.
