Starting from the vineyard: 30 hectares distributed between two of the most suitable areas of the region, Isonzo and Collio. Thus began the ancient legend from which “Borgo Conventi” takes its name, founded in 1975 with the aim of producing refined and elegant wines. An intent renewed in 2001 with the acquisition of the estate by the Folonari family, a new push for production that maintains intact the respect for tradition and origins. For months the wines rest in French and Slavonian oak barrels or in stainless steel vats. At Tenuta Borgo Conventi, the rustic building that houses the rooms of the modern cellar was renovated in 1990.
