Fattoria Sociale); in addition to the building, you can count on the availability of:\u003cbr\u003e• 5.4 ha (rented) divided as follows: approximately 4 ha of arable land (currently wheat, chickpeas, and lentils), and 1.4 hectares of vegetable garden and fruit trees. A portion of the vegetable garden has been divided into plots that are cultivated by guests of the SPRAR (Central Service of the Protection System for Asylum Seekers and Refugees). The fresh vegetable production is sold through the Cooperative\u0026#39;s channels and used to produce purees, sauces, and compotes in the company\u0026#39;s laboratory. The production of arable land is intended for the sale of packaged dry grains and flours. The latter is also used for bread making, which is carried out on the farm as a therapeutic activity for the benefit of the guests of the partner Cooperative, the Cerchio di Spoleto.\u003cbr\u003e• 1.5 ha located in the hamlet of Palazzaccio of arable land (currently chickpeas).\u003cbr\u003e• 1.3 ha of olive grove in the municipality of Castel Ritaldi (granted for management by the municipality of Castel Ritaldi).\u003cbr\u003eThere is also a breeding of laying hens (50) raised outdoors.
