Teatro alla Scala 2020 Bellavista

Dedicated to the legendary Opera House, a place the winery feels close to and inspired by, it is the finest expression of the vintage and the Bellavista style. The grapes that make up this grand cuvée, predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are the finest possible, the result of a thorough selection of individual vineyards. In addition to the exceptional quality of the raw materials used, this Franciacorta stands out from other Bruts because half of the wines it contains mature for seven months in small oak barrels. Statuesque in its balance, capable of embracing and simultaneously embracing the characteristics of each vintage, this Metodo Franciacorta impresses with its intensity and complexity.
Characteristics: Intense straw yellow in color, it has a fine and persistent perlage, a prelude to aromas that appear to be the quintessential Bellavista style. The floral notes of hawthorn are generous and elegant, followed by unexpected balsamic notes of laurel, followed by candied citrus and pastries. The palate is thick, assertive, aristocratic, creamy, and deep all at once. The finish is magnificent in its cleanliness and flavor.

SIZE: 0.75 litre bottle.

ORIGIN: Lombardy.

GRAPES: Chardonnay 76% Pinot Noir 24%.

GRADATION: 12% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature between 8/10°C.

STORAGE METHOD: In a cool place away from sunlight.

PRODUCER: BELLAVISTA S.S. - ERBUSCO (BS)

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.

Bellavista Winery

ESTABLISHED IN FRANCIACORTA IN 1977 BY ENTREPRENEUR VITTORIO MORETTI, WHO DECIDED THAT YEAR TO TRANSFORM A SMALL WINE-GROWING BUSINESS FOUNDED ON A FEW HECTARES OF FAMILY-OWNED LAND INTO A COMPANY. THEY ARE LOCATED ON BELLAVISTA HILL, SO NAME FOR ITS SPLENDID POSITION, WHICH, FROM A SINGLE POINT, ESCORTS LAKE ISEO AND THE ENTIRE PADAN PLAIN ALL THE WAY TO THE ALPS. WITH FOREWORD, VITTORIO MORETTI PAID PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE ACQUISITION OF NEW VINEYARDS, UP TO THE CURRENT 203 HECTARES OF VINEYARDS, INCLUDED IN THE "FRANCIACORTA" AREA. IN 1981, VITTORIO MORETTI MEETS WINEMAKER MATTIA VEZZOLA, WHO JOINS THE WINERY THAT SAME YEAR. HIS ROLE WILL BE KEY IN DEFINING THE BELLAVISTA STYLE. IN 2007, MATTIA VEZZOLA WAS AWARDED AN IMPORTANT CAREER RECOGNITION BY THE GAMBERO ROSSO-SLOW FOOD GUIDE TO ITALIAN WINES - AS "WINEMAKER OF THE YEAR". RESPECT FOR TRADITIONS IS EXPRESSED IN THE RECOVERY OF A UNIQUE GESTURE, RECOGNIZED AROUND THE WORLD AS A RARE EXPRESSION OF FINENESS, BALANCE, AND ELEGANCE. THE USE OF TRADITIONAL PRESSES ENSURES A DELICATE PRESSING OF THE GRAPES AND A SPECIAL FRACTIONATION OF THE MUSTS. IN SPRING, WHEN THE CUVÉES ARE CREATED, BELLAVISTA HAS AN AVERAGE VALUE OF NINETY SELECTIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE FERMENTED IN SMALL OAK BARRELS. EXCELLENCE IS A DAILY GOAL THAT BELLAVISTA PURSUES THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF PRECISE PARAMETERS. FROM THE VINEYARD TO THE WINE, EVERYTHING IS ENTRUSTED TO NATURAL PROCESSES. EVERY CHOICE IS MADE WITHIN THE CONSTRAINTS IMPOSED BY THE RHYTHMS OF NATURE AND THE HISTORY OF THE FRANCIACORTA TERRITORY.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0401/6616/2598/files/FranciacortaMillesimatoDOCGBruted.TeatroallaScala2018Bellavista.png?v=1716904702
https://cosidilposto.com/en/products/franciacorta-millesimato-docg-brut-ed-teatro-alla-scala-2018-bellavista
