The grapes are destemmed and crushed and subjected to a five-day cold maceration at 10°C. This technique allows for the delicate extraction of Aleatico's typical aromatic precursors. Subsequent fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (16°C for 7-10 days) completes the process, preserving the freshness and integrity of the aromas.

Pairings Ideal for accompanying ice cream, fresh fruit and desserts in general, this wine will provide an unforgettable end to a meal.
A Sensory Journey into the Heart of Aleatico

Characteristics This Aleatico displays a deep red color enriched with vibrant purple highlights.
